Abstract

|
목적: 이 연구의 목적은 성인 뇌 손상 발열 중환자의 체온조절 중재에 대한 근거 기반 간호 실무지침을 개발하는 것이다.
방법: 한국임상진료지침 정보센터 개발한 12단계로 구성된 가이드라인의 De Nove 방식에 따라 개발하였다.
결과: 본 지침은 3개 영역, 19개의 권고안으로 구성되었다. 각 영역 별 권고안 수: 성인 뇌 손상 발열 중환자의 체온 측정을 위한 7개의 권고안, 발열 중재를 위한 9개의 권고안, 오한 중재를 위한 3개의 권고안이다. 근거 등급은 다음과 같다. level I은 58%, level II는 42% 였고, 권고 강도는 A grade 58%, B grade 37%, C grade 5% 였다.
결론: 본 지침은 성인 뇌 손상 발열 중환자 간호를 위한 지침으로 사용될 수 있다. 본 지침은 성인 뇌 손상 발열 중환자 간호의 질을 향상시키는 데 기여할 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an evidence-based guideline for fever management for critically ill adult patients after a brain injury.
Methods: Development of the guideline process was done according to the De Novo development Korean Medical Guideline Information Center (KoMGI) and consists of 12 steps.
Results: This developed guideline included 3 domains and 19 recommendations. The number of recommendations for each domain was 7 on measuring temperature, 9 on managing fever, and 3 on managing shivering. The level of evidence was as follows: 58% were at level I, and 42% at level II.Of the recommendations, 58% were graded as A, 37% as B, and 5% as C.
Conclusion: These findings indicate that this guideline can be used as a guide for nursing in critically ill adult patients with brain injury. This guideline can also contribute to improvements in the quality of nursing care for critically ill adult patients with brain injury.
